MSSA is launching 1‑hour beginner BMX lessons covering the fundamentals balance & body position, braking, pumping, cornering, and safe first jumps. As part of the Erasmus+ Sport project “Taking Action on ADHD”, sessions are ADHD‑friendly and designed to help children build focus, confidence, and self‑regulation through movement.
Who it’s for: Children & youth (Girls and Boys) who are new to BMX (Ideally already know how to ride a bike).
What you’ll learn: Bike control, safe rolling, progressive jump technique, and park etiquette.
How we teach (ADHD‑aware): Small groups, step‑by‑step drills, frequent movement breaks, positive coaching.
Duration: 1 hour per session.
Safety: Helmets required (gloves/knee pads recommended).
Equipment: Bring your bike & helmet; limited loaners available on request.
Coaches: MSSA coaching team (incl. Karl Naja, BMX coach since 2015).
Cost & time slot: Shared upon registration (places limited).
