The MSSA and its management shall not be liable for any harm, accidental bodily injury (including death or disease) happening and/or occurring during any activities and suffered by any person, as well as any loss, destruction of or damage to any property. We advise that HELMETS and other PROTECTIVE GEAR MUST ALWAYS BE WORN during our activities and events, failing to do so will be seen as negligence and MSSA will not be accounted for.
