What an incredible turnout we had at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) It was a fantastic opportunity to reflect on the achievements of the past year and set the stage for an even more exciting future. Here’s a quick recap of the highlights:

🤝 Collaborative Spirit: We kicked off the meeting by celebrating the collaborative spirit that defines MSSA. We believe in partnerships over competition, and our commitment to bringing together all street sports enthusiasts, from BMX and skateboarding to scooter and inline skating, remains unwavering.

🎉 Milestones and Achievements: We took a moment to acknowledge and applaud the milestones and achievements of the past year. From organizing Malta’s first Red Bull Skateboarding Event, “Mind the Gap,” to hosting exhilarating street sport shows at prestigious venues, each event showcased the remarkable talent and passion within our community.

🌍 International Projects: Our involvement in international projects such as “United Through Urban Movement” and “Training to Win” underscored our dedication to promoting social inclusion, skill development, and healthy living through street sports.

🚀 Future Plans: Looking ahead, we unveiled exciting plans for the future, including our collaboration with Move Malta on the Pump It project. Pump It aims to redefine youth engagement in civic affairs through street sports, emphasizing inclusivity, sustainability, and social connection.

🏆 Change in Name: We’re thrilled to announce a significant development—the change of our name to Malta Street Sport Alliance. This change enables us to register as a sports club, aligning with Sport Malta regulations and opening up new opportunities for growth and impact.

💬 Open Dialogue: The AGM provided a platform for open dialogue and discussion, allowing members to share their ideas, feedback, and aspirations for the organization. Your input is invaluable, and we are grateful for your continued support and participation.
