We recently had the incredible opportunity to showcase skills and enthusiasm through BMX at Senglea Square. The event was not only a celebration of riding bikes but also a platform to encourage more youths to embrace the joy of riding bikes. The initiative was made possible through the generous donation of 10 bikes by Transport Malta to Salesjani Senglea. With the collaboration of MSSA, the square was transformed into a vibrant arena of excitement and joy.

At the heart of the event was our thrilling bike show on our New DDairbag we recently purchased. together with a few small ramps, the riders illuminated Senglea Square with a sense of excitment and trill. The atmosphere was electrifying, and the event succeeded in spreading a sense of joy and excitement throughout the square. A special acknowledgment goes to Fr. Antoine Farrugia for spearheading this wonderful initiative. His dedication to bringing positive activities to the community has undoubtedly left a lasting impact. The 10 bikes donated by Transport Malta and Presented by Minister Aaron Farrugia, further emphasize their commitment to fostering a sense of community and encouraging the younger generation to explore the world of biking.

The MSSA extends heartfelt thanks to all the riders who participated, contributing their time and skills to make the event a resounding success. Their passion for street sports played a crucial role in creating a memorable experience for everyone present. One of the highlights of the event was an interview with the Mayor of Isla, who took a moment to share words of appreciation and gratitude. The mayor thanked MSSA for bringing excitement to the community and acknowledged the positive influence such events have on the youths of Isla.

The MSSA’s involvement in the bike show at Senglea Square, coupled with the generous donation of bikes by Transport Malta, exemplifies the power of collaboration and community engagement. The event not only entertained the audience but also served as an inspiration for the younger generation to explore the world of street sports and biking. Kudos to all involved for making this event a resounding success and for contributing to the vibrancy of the local community. The MSSA looks forward to more opportunities to bring joy and excitement to the streets of Malta. ❤️
